Phase I will include the need to develop a CMS 1500 claim form (acceptable BC/BS format) along with the submission process to BC/BS. Phase II will include a system to reconcile and post payments returned from BC/BS to ADH. This system will have to comply with ADH financial management requirements. The ADH Immunization Claims Form Project IT Team Lead will be responsible for facilitating meetings with insurance companies, programmers, IT Department Leads and Immunization Department Leads to insure the proper development and implementation of the solution.
