These individuals will be counted on to review business requirements and create functional designs, as well as coordinate with Developers and Vendors on technical designs and testing of complex break fixes, upgrades, enhancements, and new business initiatives. Coordinate activities between users, IT development staff and third party consultants and contractors, while keeping management informed of progress, benefits, achievements and risks. Provide tactical input on direction for solutions.
