Hello Team, Wishes of the day, Please find the requirement details below *Position 1:Job Title:* Project Coordinator/ Project Analyst *Duration:* 02/02/2015 - 01/31/2016 *Location: *Conyers , Georgia *Job Desc : GECPS Program Manager* Position Location: Project Management Office, Business Standards Unit, Rockdale County Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: •Manage, plan and organizes the activities a major court program area of the agency. •Author and maintain content on an operational program such as web site, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, etc. •Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards adhering to the mission and strategic goals and objectives of the agency. •Develop or apply industry developed performance metrics to monitor program performance. •Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other agencies, court staff and vendors •Exercise initiative and sound judgment within general policy guidelines. •Gather data, analyze findings, reason logically and prepare analytical reports and recommendations •Maintain confidentiality of information •Participate in the development of new or revised programs, systems, procedures and methods of operation •Plan and coordinate outreach events as directed. •Present business/operational related information and deliver end user training to small and large audiences •Respond to court requests by diagnosing and resolving problems that fall within defined guidelines and escalating more complex problems to other technical support teams and/or vendors •Review existing and proposed legislation and Rules of Court for impact on the program’s activities. •Serve as a representative of the agency in meetings and on committees with various agencies, stakeholders and courts, displaying courtesy, tact, respect and discretion in all interactions. •Use good judgment in recognizing the scope and limit of delegated authority. *Minimum qualifications to qualify for this position:* •Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a closely related field plus two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in a court or legal field. •Additional years of experience in a court or legal field may be substituted for the recommended education. •Familiarity with the operation of courts, its policies, and procedures. •General knowledge of laws, standards, rules, regulations and legal terminology pertaining to the specific duties of the position. •Possession of a current and valid Georgia driver’s license. •Proficiency in standard office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents. *Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:* •Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree Pre-Law, Paralegal, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or Court Administration. *Position 2:* *Job Title:* Project Manager *Duration :* 6 Months *Location :* Atlanta, Georgia *Job Description:* This position is assigned to the Georgia Department of Public Health, under the Project Management Office( PMO). Complex HIE project that requires an experienced project manager professional. Project impacts large number of stakeholders within the state of Georgia. •PMP certified or other relevant certifications •6 or more years managing projects •Ensure that project status is clearly communicated to key stakeholders on a regular basis and consistent content and supporting metrics for project meetings. Manage change effectively - Status should explain the reason for changes in estimated completion dates (changes in scope, reprioritization of projects, unanticipated complexity, insufficient stakeholder participation, or other factors) as well as critical issues that require resolution •Engage actively and contribute to project management standards within the organization.
