I have below mention position, if you are looking for a new project so please check the position and send me your updated resume. *Position : Business Systems Analyst * *Location : Denver, CO * *Duration : 9+ Months Phone / Skype* *Job Description* · Design Client Benefits Management System (CBMS) and Program Application Eligibility Kit (PEAK) web services and interface projects for and with the Marketplace (Connect for Health ), State Agencies, and Federal Agencies. · Develop the business requirements documents for new and modified interfaces that support Health Care Reform and program policy changes. · Elicit the business requirements and develop the security documents required for the connection to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federal data hub. · Coordinate with many stakeholders and interface partners to identify business requirements, review technical designs and develop test plans. · Work with third party vendors, directing and reviewing technical designs for CBMS, PEAK and interfaces. · Manage compliance with the approved change management process. · Provide expertise in preparing the Memorandums of Understanding/Data Sharing Agreements required to implement the new interfaces *Job Requirement* · Experience developing and implementing an interface to the CMS Federal Hub for implementation of the Patient · Protection and Affordable Care Act and/or Medicaid eligibility. · Understanding of SSA regulations and compliance with Federal and State security and privacy policies. · Experience working with federal agencies (such as FNS-SNAP program), Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration) or state agencies (such as Department of Revenue, Department of Labor and Employment) · Five years of state policy experience with the Client Department of Human Services or the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing with a focus on Medicaid, Client Works, Food Assistance, and Adult Financial. · Five years working in an Information Technology environment as a business analyst · Working understanding of the Computer Associates Clarity tool and ability to update project status and navigate to pull documents · Excellent communication and facilitation skills · Excellent writing and document creation/formatting skills · Current knowledge of CBMS/PEAK and SES system functionality · Experience with writing and implementing federal agency security plans, specifically for the Social Security Administration or CMS. · Existing understanding of SNAP, TANF, Adult Financial, and Medicaid eligibility rules. · Expertise in the requirements for Memorandums of Understanding/Data Sharing Agreements between agencies in order to utilize or share information *Regards* *Ishan Salaria* *Sr.Technical Recruiter* *VSG Business Solutions* *221,Cornwell Dr, Bear,DE 19701* *Contact No : 302-261-3207 X 103* *Email :isala...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <isala...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com>* *Hangout :ishan.salaria* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
