This role will lead resources who will use their technical expertise to promote our new agenda where automation and continuous delivery are our driving factors for achieving high quality standards. Responsibilities will include leading a sharp diverse team, driving automation and continuous delivery methodologies. This position is a leadership position with hands-on development support as needed to meet our Continuous Delivery Strategy. *Responsibilities:* - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of experienced and junior software engineers must lead and function well within a team environment - Recruit, develop, and direct a team including management of their career development paths, leadership development, setting expectations and conducting performance reviews.
