As part of our FACETS application development team, you will predominantly be involved in leading and mentoring a team of developers for delivering business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Primary Responsibilities: •*Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them •Propose simple and effective solutions to meet the business need •Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business •Participate and contribute to the development of good application design •Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives •Isolate performance bottle necks and propose technical solutions to address them •Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences •Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches •Be the development point of contact for end to end project delivery •Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Good team player with excellent communication skills *Qualifications To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.
