User Experience/User Interface Developer.



It is starting as a 6 month contract, possibility of an extension.



Job Description:

Looking for a creative IT professional that demonstrates strong user
experience/user interface design and development skills for a key project.
This developer will work closely with our IT and business teams in order to
apply their graphical skills to help produce visually appealing and
functional internet applications.  This developer should have a
demonstrated history of technical achievements.



This candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills,
written communication skills and the ability to work effectively,
independently, and together with various teams.



*Skill Set***

ü  Knowledge of .NET 3.5/4 VB or C# (preferred).

ü  Strong front end and middle tier skills.

ü  Application and multimedia experience including: CSS, Jquery, Ajax, UI
Design, XML/XSLT, Adobe Creative Suite (desirable), application prototyping.

ü  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ü  Comfortable meeting with business users and being able to turn ideas
into mockups, prototypes and simulated applications.

ü  Able to apply creativity in the creation of mockups, graphics and
animations.



*Requirements***

ü  Bachelor's degree (or higher) in the Computer Sciences related field.

ü  Demonstrable experience in user interface design and development.

ü  3 years hand-on .NET design and development in the C# language.

Microsoft developer certifications a plus.
