1 year + contract Providence, Rhode Island This group has been working to modernize some older applications still running in VB6 . They are in the new .NET framework and need two resources with strong .NET 4.0, WCF and some backend SQL skills mainly with Stored Procedures ( to gain access to data -do not need a SQL heavyweight). Need to have strong WCF Services experience to go against SharePoint and generate data. SharePoint experience is not a requirement it is just providing the data to the Developer. Nice to haves would be understanding of design as they would like to consider these resources for some other new projects.
