Desired Skills: _ReqPro, ClearQuest, SoDA, RPE Iterative, Agile, and
Waterfall development approaches, IAA experience



· Solid analytical skills and proven experience - i.e. being able to ask the
right questions, enough questions to get the answers from the business as to
what they really need vs. being an order taker for what they want. Balance
the wants and needs. Being able to take incomplete information from a
business partner and develop a set of requirements discerning what the need
really is and working through that with the business partner.

·  Quick learner.

·  Critical thinker.

·  Ability to work within extremely tight deadlines.

·  Ability to reach consensus among "approvers" and consumers of artifacts.
i.e. sometimes we must have 5-7 or so approvals for one artifact making it a
challenge at times to reach consensus and gain full approval.

·  Ability to work with a large number of geographically dispersed
individuals, different time zones, different styles, personalities, etc.

·  Initiative to go out, find out what is needed and get the job done.

·  Ability to facilitate not only brainstorming, JAD-like discussions but
also facilitate meetings where disagreement and discord exist as to an
approach or options.

·  Highly collaborative individual but without letting "over collaboration"
become a roadblock.

·  Ability to work well on one's own without a great deal of guidance (after
ramp up).

·  Manages their time to complete tasks on time without prompting or
requiring lead oversight.

·  Experience in Use Case development, UI spec development, reviewing or
writing test cases (in order to participate in reviews of our QA partner's
test cases).

·  Experience with blended development approaches (iterative, agile,
waterfall)

·  Being able, and recognizing when, to escalate risks or concerns before
something adverse happens or schedule is impacted.

·  Ability to estimate one's work (once they are a bit up to speed)
accurately without under committing or over committing.

·  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with virtual team members
