*Position:* Business Analyst *Location:* Indianapolis, IN *Type of Hire:* Full-time *No of positions:* 4 Must Have Skills: _Business Analysis Skills, Commercial Lines experience, Good Communication Skills and Expectation Management Desired Skills: _ReqPro, ClearQuest, SoDA, RPE Iterative, Agile, and Waterfall development approaches, IAA experience · Solid analytical skills and proven experience - i.e. being able to ask the right questions, enough questions to get the answers from the business as to what they really need vs. being an order taker for what they want. Balance the wants and needs.
