*Novell IdM Driver Development Qualifications: *
• Must have at least 3 years of experience developing and or
analyzing drivers for Novell IdM (JDBC, LDAP, and text based)
• 1+ years of Java experience facilitating work flows
• 1 year of JDBC, LDAP, and text-based driver implementation
• 2 years of knowledge of user provisioning lifecycle
• Under just 1 year of IdMUnit experience
• 1 year of Novell User Application configuration and management
• 1 year experience with DirXML
• Linux experience
• JBOSS experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
*Novell IdM Workflow Qualifications:*
• 3+ years of work with the IDM Workflow/Provisioning Module
• Must have 3 years experience creating, maintaining and enhancing
automated and user based workflows with the Workflow/Provisioning Module

*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*
• Proven expertise with Novell eDirectory 8.x and Identity Manager
3.6 with Role Based Provisioning Module
• Must have strong experience delivering role based provisioning
using Novell Identity Manager 3.5/3.6 and Novell User Application
• Must be able to create/modify and customize various types of
Novell Identity Manager connectors (SOAP/XML, LDAP, JDBC, Active Directory,
eDirectory)
• Must have UNIX/Linux environment experience along with JBOSS
server experience to the UNIX/Linux platform
• At least 8 years of experience performing tasks and delivering
services listed below
• Implement Roles Based Access Control
• Practical experience with DirXML
• Troubleshooting Dir to eDir and eDir to JDBC connectors
