*Job Title: **Software Systems Engineers* *C / C++* *Location: **Carrollton, TX.* *Type: 6 months +* - Perform Software functions as governed by our software engineering process. - Work with Project Manager/Project Engineering/Customer to facilitate completion of the project. - Acquire knowledge of RC_ARINC related products and services. - Apply all required business processes to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant ARINC policies. - Establish effective communications and working relationships with project and/or department customers, team members, and management. - Meet project schedule deadlines and work within the project budget. *Qualifications Required Experience: - Three (3) to ten (10) years of work experience in programming in C and C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio and running on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Good communication skills are required to interface with vendors and customers (internal and external). - Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - C# skills are a plus. Desired Experience: - SCADA and/or real-time control systems. - Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle databases. - Experienced in structured and object-oriented programming paradigms. Education Requirements: - BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
