*They want a Senior level Oracle PL*SQL developer. This is a hard core
development team. They put all the business rules in the backend with
Oracle.*

*SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of software development tasks with very little
direction from a Project Lead or Supervisor. Many assignments will involve
fairly complex technical design, often working with other developers and
technical business users. Implementation tasks may be very significant in
scope and/or part of large departmental projects. Some business analysis
work will be done as part of spec and design development with users.*

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties
may be assigned).
Handles a variety of development tasks including leading design sessions,
developing and implementing detailed code to department standards, and unit
testing.
Handles longer term project tasks such as data modeling, design,
development, project status tracking, testing, and implementation
Handles general support duties as assigned, including defect resolution and
major enhancement work orders. Leads the spec development and design of the
enhancements.
Interacts with business users frequently to resolve complex defects and to
design enhancements.
Mentors less senior developers as part of team work environment.
Participates in management discussions of key projects and business issues.*

*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May act in a technical lead role coordinating efforts of other developers
and providing mentoring as required.*

*QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able

7+ years experience in the primary development language used by the target

BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
Experience working in a team development environment.
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership for complex tasks including
multiple team members.
Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
Experience in larger company environments will be helpful.*
