Our Client is looking for *ETL Developer* in *La Grange, KY*



*Position: *ETL Developer (GC or USC)

*Location: *La Grange, KY




*Only GC or US Citizens*



*Position Summary:*



ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) Developer will design, develop, test, and
implement ETL and reporting programs for the Data Integrity Group to
provide business solutions.



*Essential Functions**:*



1.  Work with customers, manager and Data Integrity Group
departmental management to understand requirements for simple-to-complex
business systems required by group.



2. Work with other IT staff to develop technical specifications based
upon functional specifications as created.



3. Follow typical systems development life cycle processes in defining
projects and gaining approval.



4. Work with business unit to ensure that system is being built to
defined expectations, and perform change management functions as needed.



5. Develop or participate in development of ETL systems using Visual
Studio 2008- 2013, SSIS, TFS, TSQL, and C# scripting for MS SQL Server 2008
- 2014 Integration Services packages as requested by manager.



6. Analyze and assist in correction of problems which may occur in
system operations.





*Minimum Requirements**:*



1. Degree in computer science, or closely related field, OR significant
equivalent experience.



2. Prefer experience in healthcare IT (provider, insurer, third-party,
claims processing, other healthcare) desirable but not mandatory.



*JOB DESCRIPTION*



1. Ability to work well with internal customers and management; and the
ability to gather requirements and develop design specifications.



2. 4+ years of ETL analysis, design and development experience in a
Visual Studio and MS SQL Server or similar environment.



3. Additional consideration given to candidates with background in data
mining techniques, mining software and understanding of statistical
analysis.



4. Experience with the following technologies is desirable:

Visual Studio 2008 - 2013, C#, Team Foundation Server, Agile methodology,
SQL Server Analysis Services, SharePoint, intermediate to advanced Excel
skills, from Pivot Table configuration and manipulation to VBA scripting,
and SharePoint Business Intelligence services.
