*Description*
• At least 6 to 8 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience
• Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM
Service Implementation
• Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets
in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed
• Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as:
Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty
Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application
(Mobile)/ Analytics
• Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best
Practices
• Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/
leadership skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business
processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.
• Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM
Service
• Willingness to work both in production support and change requests /
implementations as needed
• CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.
• Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or
to re assign responsibilities

Expertise:
• Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0
• Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience
• Previous implementation experience with semi conductor industries is a
BIG PLUS
• Prior Big 5 consulting experience
• Certifications in SAP CRM Service

*Description*

· ECC/ CRM Integration for the Finance Team.

· Provide recommendation on BKMs for Finance integration Design. (
Existing ECC system + New CRM for service implementation)

· Provides support & guidance to the CRM for service Finance team (
BAs & FAs) during project execution (analysis, design, configuration,
development and testing) for financial accounting processes and solutions.

· Defines technical evaluation criteria for product and technology
selection and determine technical approaches to ensure all architectural
solutions result in a coherent systems design.

· Partners with business analysts, systems analysts and engineers
to define and review requirements.

· Delivers solutions with business users and delivery resources to
analyze, design, recommend, plan, develop and implement solutions to meet
strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security
requirements.

· Provides cost–efficient, high quality, client–focused solutions,
according to established policies, procedures, and processes.

· Gives guidance on internal documentation for architected
solutions

· Contributes to the implementation of innovative project solutions
through project planning and execution.

· Assist in Co- leading the finance team .
