· At least 10 years of IT experience

· At least 5 years of experience in SFDC architecture, Apex, Visual
Force, Triggers, Classes

· Experience of at least two end to end Service Cloud
implementation

· Experience in selesforce.com web services, WSDL and other
integration method newly introduced by SFDC

· Experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules

· Certified in Salesforce.com

*Summary of Position *

The Salesforce.com Sr. Architect is responsible for Salesforce.com Rollout
Strategy, Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership. The role requires
the Architect to collaborate with Senior Business and IT Executives. The
candidate should preferably have a Salesforce Healthcare Implementation /
Architect experience (Sales Cloud / force.com)

*Relevant Experience*

*(in Yrs)*

   - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology field or equivalent work
   experience
   - 10+ years’ experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM
   and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
   - 6+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com

  *Technical/Functional Skills*

Salesforce.com Architect/Consultant Certified – Sales Cloud,
Force.com(Apex, visualforce), Web Services/Rest API, XML, SQL,
HTTP/HTTPS,FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery

*Experience Required*

   - Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
   - Salesforce.com Architect/Consultant Certified – Sales Cloud is
   preferred
   - Force.com Platform experience is preferred
   - Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com
   platform
   - Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce),
   integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com
   ecosystem applications
   - Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface
   with other systems
   - Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
   - Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry
   standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,FTP, Java, JavaScript,
   jQuery

*Preferred but not mandatory*

   - Experience in Healthcare Projects

  *Roles  Responsibilities*

   - Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to
   arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration,
   transformation or consolidation.
   - Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment
   to architect the optimal solution
   - Design solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform leveraging design
   patterns (standards  solution specific)
   - Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while
   designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and
   various monitoring/analytical tools
   - Lead the development team in delivering the solution
   - Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
   - Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
   - Recommend best practices
