Estimating the amount of effort to develop/test new and/or improved solutions Design, implement and testing application changes that are best suited to the business functionality while keeping customizations at a minimum. · Developing, Testing and implementing technical solutions based on Technical Design documents. Proactively looking for efficiencies and improvements within Application. Driven to follow tasks through until completion. · Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. · Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation Ability to lead and work in a team environment Work closely with Support Manager/Lead and other technical support staff to resolve production issues. · Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams Identify and resolve system problems before they impact the business.
