o Apply development skills and technology to the product design process
• Design, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its
interface to the system
o Create interface with other existing Java based applications
o Manage the day to day activities of a small team of SW developers based
in offshore
o Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system
objectives are balanced with overall project objectives
o Provide product design leadership for the project team
o Represent the team as required
o Assist management in the development of design policies and procedures
which improve the ability to meet product system requirements
• Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work,
meetings, and decisions.
o Work within a Project Team environment
o Understand and promote the quality policy
o Maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements
