Frontrange ITSM Administrator Washington, DC 6+ Months Contract Job Description: The successful candidate will participate in a team to perform O&M activities for the ITSM FrontRange and Centennial products as well as support **deployment of new functionality and product modules. These products are being used as the foundation for a deployment of ITIL processes and to **provide workflows to support functional tasks and services. General Experience: 7- Ten (10) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least six projects in technical areas. At least one project must have **occurred within the past three (3) years. Specialized Experience: Experience as an administrator for FrontRange product lines such as ITSM and Centennial. Knowledge of search techniques, quick actions, simple **definition set commits, XML language, XSLT translator, Knowledge Management, and general understanding of FrontRange ITSM modules. Experience **with the use of email including MSMQ and email header values. Experience with SQL Databases, including simple and complex queries, backup/restore **operations, use of relational database, and SQL profiler/tracking. Entry level understanding of network packet capture. Experience with MSS ISS Virtual Directory structures, ASP .NET calls, and application pools. * *Experience with MS Windows including Server 2003, registry entries, services, network protocols.
