ü Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive solution
architecture
ü Quick Development and Troubleshooting Skills
ü Create high availability design, provide infrastructure strategy, and
perform testing of solution components
ü Stakeholder Management
ü Ability to work in GDM model
*Technical skills required *
ü Strong skills in Siebel CRM – Field Services or Call Center
ü Strong hands-on skill in Java
ü Hands on configuration of the business services and workflows.
ü Strong skills in Siebel Products Pricing modules, preferably for
Telecom clients
ü Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manger,
Workflow Manager, Web Services and Server Administration
ü Ability to create a detailed technical design based on functional and

*Job Description**:*
• Expertise in Core Java with knowledge of multithreading,
concurrency, memory management and NIO. Should have extensive experience in
using concurrent package
• Expertise in Enterprise Java or any other server/client
architectures with asynchronous or non-blocking request/response
• Expertise in java frameworks like Spring, Struts, Hibernate;
• Working knowledge of JDBC and data modeling. NoSQL desirable.
• Working knowledge of Splunk is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting; PERL scripting would be
desirable.
• Front-end development and knowledge of AJAX frameworks would be
desirable
• Knowledge of development in Netty would be desirable
