*Location: Reston, VA*

*Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract*
*Need Certified consultant (**ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, etc.)*


*Required Skills:**

• B.S. Degree in an appropriate engineering or operations field
• Appropriate quality certifications (*ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt,
etc.*)
• 7- 10 years process *quality experience*
• Experience using multiple quality improvement methodologies, tools, and
techniques to drive significant change and improvement
• Proven ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams in quality
improvement projects
• Experience developing and analyzing quality performance metrics
• 3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of Quality principles, standards and methodologies
• Strong process perspective and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong analytical and data analysis experience with structured problem
solving ability
• Proficiency is usage of *MS-Excel and MS-Power Point* for data analysis
and presentations
• Flexibility and desire to quickly adapt to new methods, situations, and
various requirements
• Excellent communication (writing, speaking, presentation), Strong
interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
*Ability to travel (Up to 15% in a month)*


*Preferred Skills:**• Quality systems knowledge and experience, such as
ISO-9000
• Experience in vendor quality management techniques
• Experience in a high-volume data and transaction intensive processing
operation
• Strong project management experience



*Education/Certifications:**B.S. Degree in an appropriate engineering or
operations field
