Job Description:
1. Application & Server availability monitoring, data flow validation
2. Monitoring SQL job failures, troubleshooting & execution
3. SQL Server level troubleshooting for DB failures and issues
4. Database service health checks
5. Support build & release activities for production & UAT environments
6. Automate manual activities using Powershell scripts
7. Troubleshooting web server related issues (IIS)
8. Performance monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting
9. Application troubleshooting & escalated support, participating in Major
Incident calls
10. Problem Management activities, reduce incidents, identify bugs in the

11. Provide inputs on telemetry, collect logs from various sources and
