*Position : Agile Business Analyst Location: Irving, TX * *Duration: 6+ Month contract to hire * *Phone then Face to Face Locals only EAD/GC/Citizens* *Description* The selected hires will have exp in an enterprise environment and will help gather data and requirements around several new projects that are planned. They will work with customers, business units, and the technical teams to write user stories and ensure all needs are being captured. *Candidates must have 5+ years creating business process mapping, use cases and functional / technical specifications, to include exp gathering requirements for web application screen mock ups (preferably in a .NET environment). * *Responsibilities* - Elicit requirements from business units and other stakeholders to develop user stories used in an agile environment - Write stories that are simple, clear, and concise - Decompose high level requirements into functional requirements working with the development team - Facilitate and lead in prioritization and backlog grooming - Facilitation of feasibility discussions with Development/Testing/Architecture teams - Participate in sprint planning sessions and sprint retrospectives - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to communicate information effectively to customers and staff *Requirements* - 5-8 years experience in a *waterfall or agile environment.* - 5-8 years demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and management in use case and story formats. - 5-8 years demonstrable in business process mapping “*As-Is” and “To-Be” processes.* - 3-5 years web application screen mock-up and requirements experience (.NET Environment preferred).
