*ROLE DESCRIPTION:*

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and
development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for
configured services running on various platforms (operating within a
defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support
and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server
and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.



*Client public trust clearance requires that individual has lived in the US
3 of the last 5 years.*



*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

· RedHat Linux *– Expert*

· Technology Troubleshooting *– Expert*

· JBoss Application *- Proficient*

· Unix Platforms (Linux/AIZ/Solaris/Mac OSX/others) *- Proficient*



*Additional Preferred Skills:*

   - Java (language) –*P2- Proficient*
   - Environments Management - *Trained*



*Additional Requirements**: *

· Must be able to receive Federal Public Trust clearance

· Candidates must have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.

· Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. Metro/Northern
VA area – travel will not be reimbursed.



*Level of Effort:* Full-time / 40 – 50 hours per week.
