Hey everybody,
To those of you who use that fantastic- alcohol concoction, can I kill
mites with that? I haven't had much luck with neem and I've got the
little beasties on some of my ctsm-alliance plants.
Thanks much,
Julia

Julia, a little bit of dish soap in water (about a 9 or 10:1 solution) will
work, but you need to completely cover the leaves. Safer's Soap works great
too. The soap works by suffocation, effectively killing the mites that come
in contact with the spray. I had mites on my Ctsm plant, one spray took care
of them all! I recommend a second spray about 2 weeks later to kill any eggs
that may hatch out.

Hope this helps,
