[Origami] Better Kami?

Hi all,

I love the color variety and availability of kami but I've grown tired of
living in fear of it tearing when I fold even intermediate-complexity
models. Is there a stronger ready-made alternative to kami? What do you use
when you need a duo paper that's tougher than standard kami?

http://www.kimscrane.com has black/black in a multiplicity of sizes up 
to 660mm
