its not a bug...
you can see the error in netscape...
if you want to see the error in internet explorer , you have to change the
browser settings
tools -  internet options -  advanced - uncheck "show friendly http error
messages"

Sometimes when getting errors in JSPs, I get HTTP 500 error code, but I
cannot find anything in the logs.
Is this a bug? Shouldn´t there be anything in the server.log file?

Sometimes when getting errors in JSPs, I get HTTP 500 error code, but I
cannot find anything in the logs.
Is this a bug? Shouldn´t there be anything in the server.log file?

I dont even see any exception stack trace in the console window.
