Valid point, this XML deployment file is actually another place to set up
user managers. I've been using the init() method with a Properties object
myself. Either way is absolutely server-dependent.
I've been testing with 1.2.0 - I think I'll hold off upgrading. The
UserManager stuff is pretty important. :-)
