On a more serious note, I really hope there'll be:

1) More high end OSS stuff (like scalling your app to 1000 servers,
persisting to more than several dbs at a time and still stay
consistent, how to make stuff blazing fast under crazy load, how to
zealously cache your distributed system and still keep your data
updated, millitary grade security, how to design an app with enourmous
domain requirement - think hundreds of DB tables - and still keep high
cohesiveness, low coupling (i.e. no spaghetti ER model) and high
usability)

2) Hands on stuff preferably with things stated above

3) More real world usage of OSS in the industry - preferable outside of
the usual PHP/Portal stuff (sure, PHP is great to do portal but surely
OSS has other unexplored niche that we need to expose - PHP for system
programming anyone? What about a messaging queue in Erlang?)

4) Less vendor stuff - please, no more 'porting stuff to MS'
competition.

5) Highlight the plight of the off-the-mill street-wise OSS
developer/engineer (I've been one for the last 1 year - and it's not
pretty). Making a decent living is like hell! (you could get projects
tons of them, but everyone expect you to charge cheap since you're OSS,
plus, they'll take a lng time to pay (some still owe me money -
after 4 months now) because you don't really have licensing stuff.

6) Preferable, all presentators need to present their own contributions
(in form of code, software, tutorial or what not). They shouldn't just
spew things you can get directly from the web.

7) Oh yeah, ice cream for desert :))
