"An MBR disk can contain up to four primary partitions" "A GPT disk can contain a maximum of 128 primary partitions." I understand the term "primary" here because only MBR makes the primary/extended/logical distinction. GPT supports 128 partitions by default but as I understand it doesn't called primary partitions. Symantec could be wrong. Could you please enlighten me?
