I also updated my driver to the newest. it is still the same. my quicktime version is 7.3. Is it too old? [osg-users] osgmovie problem
Hi, while I am running osgmovie, I met the warning like warning: GraphicsWindowWin32::grabFocus failed grabbing the focus then only a white window on the screen. what's wrong with this? Thank you. -- Read this topic online here: http://forum.openscenegraph.org/viewtopic.php?p=9548#9548 ___ osg-users mailing list osg-users@lists.openscenegraph.org http://lists.openscenegraph.org/listinfo.cgi/osg-users-openscenegraph.org

Now I use osg2.9 to run it. it doesn't have warning anymore, but still just a white window On Wed, Apr 1, 2009 at 6:50 PM, Lingyun Yu lingyun.yu...@gmail.com wrote: Hi, while I am running osgmovie, I met the warning like warning: GraphicsWindowWin32::grabFocus failed grabbing the focus then only a white window on the screen. what's wrong with this? Hi Yun, No one will be able to help you unless you provide more information. Key details are graphics card/graphics driver. Also do other examples run fine? Have you compiled with the ffmpeg or quicktime plugins? What exactly command line options are you using? Hi Ariel, I just tried setting OSG_NOTIFY_LEVEL to DEBUG and tried this again with a 2.4 svn checkout and I get this: G:\users\colin\OSGosgmovie Sample.mov GraphicsContext::setWindowingSystemInterface() 00DD8730 1018C218 CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() CullSettings::readEnvironmentalVariables() itr='G:\users\colin\OSG\build\WIN32_VC8\bin' FindFileInPath() : trying G:\users\colin\OSG\build\WIN32_VC8\bin\osgplugins-2.4.0\osgdb_qt.dll ... As Stephan stated make sure that you have the QuickTime SDK etc and double check that the plugin actually builds and exists in bin\osgplugins-2.4.0\osgdb_qt.dll Also is your .mov file somewhere that OSG can find it in the OSG_FILE_PATH or in the CWD? Again setting the debug level will be the best judge as to what is going wrong. Cheers, Colin. Ariel wrote: Hi Stephan: I do ...
