After the patch to move the malloc address space below 0x0000800000000000 is applied, we can enable JIT when running Java tests on aarch64.
So this patch simply modifies the tests makefile to make it no longer add the '-Xint' JVM flag which enables interpreted execution mode and disables JIT.
