Re: [otrs] New ticket notification email to multiple agents
Hi Erik, Agents control via their own preferences on what events they receive notifications, and for what queues they are subscribed to notifications. Administrators can also modify these values under Admin Users. Please look into this. The Event based notifications Hugh described are very powerful (and available in 2.4 as well) but are not used for the regular Hey, you have a new ticket - type of notifications. [otrs] Configuring Simple Interface for Agents
Hello, I know I have read somewhere before that it is possible to configure the interface to some kind of lite or simpler look. Now, I cannot find any information about that when googling around. Perhaps I'm using the incorrect words... So, my questions are: 1. It's the Agent's interface that's possible to configure to a simpler look, isn't it? 2. How do I configure this? Re: [otrs] Configuring Simple Interface for Agents
Hello, Thanks for you answer. Sorry for being unclear: I am not looking for the customized theme solution. I think there is some predefined themes I can use for this, I just need to set some parameter somewhere in order to fix this. That's what I am looking for.
Jede Firma will natürlich über OTRS E-Mails versenden.
