[otrs] How to allow email tickets from a group only
Hi, I have several queues with different groups having write access to it. In the Web user interface only those groups can create tickets in these queues as expected. However, sending a ticket via email and filtering that into one of these queues have no group control. How can I control the group of the sender (email->group) and reject the ticket if that customer is not in the group of the queue? [otrs] No Notification for Tickets created in Customers Web Interface
Hi, I setup OTRS with several queues, My agents receive a notification for new tickets in those queues if they are created by email, however they dont receive notification if tickets are created by customers via customer web user interface. If the Customer creates them in Raw we do get Notification though. Is this normal, how can i turn on Notifications for those tickets? [otrs] Working Days and Hours
Hi, Is there any way of defining different work hors and days for different quees and how? I am trying to have 2 different SLA's 7x5 and 24x7.
