[otrs] Changing Default view to a particular queue for an agent

Dear all,

 

I would like to change the default view when an agent logs in.  They would
like a nice listing of tickets assigned to them when they log in.  I found
that we can get this view if we do a search which results in a list of
tickets with ticket #, Age, customer, subject, state, queue, owner and
customer ID.  Is there a way to get this to show up immediately upon log
in instead of going through the motions to do a search each time?

[otrs] Adding the Services field to the close tab?

I would like to add the services field and the sub-categories of the
services field to the close tab.  Does anyone know where/how to do this?
