[otrs] Moving DB from MySQL to MSSQL

Hi all,
i'm searching for anyone that can help me to migrate MySQL otrs tables to 
MSSQL. We have an otrs installation running from 2 years. Now we had 
decided to remove MySQL server since we have a new fresh MSSQL server for 
another application and we weould use it even for otrs.

Can anyone help me

[otrs] Agent add Note and notifications

Hi,
when i add a note to a ticket, by default the owner is notified. Is it 
possible to notyfy the customer too that someone added a note??

Yes, but the customer didn't receive an email. It's only able to view 
note. I would like to notify the customer when a note is added!

You should also be able to change the note to note-external with the same
effect.

[otrs] Autoset responsible

Hi all,
i'm using otrs for manage requests from users. I need to set automatically 
a responsible id for each ticket comes from email. If i set 
ResponsibleAutoSet it sets responsible to uid 1.
It is a way to set what responsible id I want??
