Hi. At present, the ticket number is "201002051226" for example.. Now if I change it to something more simple like "0321" will the OTRS system still hook and match the old open tickets with the longer number?? Further to yesterdays email about it wanting to down load the .pl files, every morning I have to run these commands... /opt/otrs/bin/SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=www-data /opt/otrs chmod 777 /opt/otrs/var/tmp/ -R chmod 777 /opt/otrs/var/article/ -R service apache2 restart Any ideas why?? [otrs] Reminders every 2 hours?!?
Is there any way Working Hours can be set?!? Then when I log in of a morning, I get 10 reminders for every two hours since I logged off. Had 2 days holiday, had 120 Reminder emails waiting for me.
