Hi
I have a problem with the calendar plug-in in otrs.

We are using an exchange 2007server for emails

Every time a event is trying to send an email I am getting this error:

Re: [otrs] Question about Ticketnotification

2008-12-08 Thread Glaab, Achim
Hi there,

No this is not enough.
We are looking for a possibility to add an additional emailaddress in addition
to the normal customer emailaddress.

We want to inform two people, when a ticket changes its status.

I think this is already available. See the options in the Queue.

[otrs] Question about Ticketnotification

2008-12-03 Thread Glaab, Achim
Hi,

is there a possibility to config the following feature?

Out Users are getting informed about the status of their tickets, they put into
OTRS.
Is there a possibility to add an input item to the customer ticket form, so
that the customer can add an emailaddress, which is also informed about any
status changes of the ticket?

Regards

Re: [otrs] Problem with otrs / sometimes errors in Logfile

2008-11-03 Thread Glaab, Achim
Hi,
I have checked this problem.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] bin]# cat /proc/sys/fs/file-nr
13440 404854

I do not think, that this was the error;

After a restart of the apache the otrs workes again, till the same error occurs
after a while ;(

Wild guess: Too many open files on your system? Google around for how
to check it and how to raise the limit.

2008-11-03 Thread Glaab, Achim
Hi there,

Everything works fine, when I start the apache.
After a while I get this errors in the apache error_log:
[Thu Oct 30 10:55:48 2008] -e: print() on closed filehandle LOG at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1534.
[Thu Oct 30 10:59:09 2008] -e: print() on closed filehandle LOG at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1534.

And the user only gets a blank page in his browser ...

When I now restart the apache; is come up but the system hangs after some time
again.,

Can anybody help me?

[otrs] Compose new Ticket as Agent

2008-03-13 Thread Glaab, Achim
Hello

I have got a little problem.

When I am logged in as an agent to OTRS. There is only the possibility to
compose new phone or email tickets.
Is there a possibility to compose "customer" tickets w/o the email / phone
status?

Regards

Achim

But I have still one problem:

Kerberos identifies the user always as [EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL

Is there a possiblility to cut off the @domain.de?

In the manual I only find a finction to cut off leading domain\

Betreff: [otrs] OTRS 2.2.5 Using Autologin?

Hello,

I am using OTRS 2.2.5 on a Linux Computer running Apache 2.2.6.
Actually I am authenticating my users against LDAP (Windows 2003 AD Domain).
This is working quite well.

Now I am looking for an auto login.
Is there a possibility, to use the logged in user on a computer to auto login
into otrs?

I only found a very short description in the manual. But when I use AuthType
Basic in apache, the apache will show a login window.
Is there a possibility to login without this windows? (on windows based apache
web servers I found a module called SSPI, but this is only working with Win32)

Any help is appreciated

Achim
