[otrs] sort customer list
Hi, I have to sort customer list in administrator page “Customer <-> Group”. The list must be ordered by name and surname of a customer. How can I do it? Where I can set this value? Hi, how can I do to have a state for “waiting customer response” and “waiting operator response”? The system would be the following: When customer send a response, the ticket automatically must be in status “waiting operator response” (how can I do it?). [otrs] list of customers wrong with LDAP
Hi, when I go (in Admin interface) on page [ Customer Users <-> Groups Management ], in the list of customers are showed 200 users but instead there are more than 200. I’m using LDAP. [otrs] problem with Autoresponse <-> Queue
Hi, I have a problem with the page of "Autoresponse <-> Queue". When I click on "Change setting" I dont see the page (the menu of otrs is shown, only that section is not showed). When I forced the url I see it (for example http://xxx.yyy.zzz/otrs/index.pl?Action=""> The database is imported by another otrs db. I have changed nothing in the source, can be data damaged? Hi, when i send a ticket with an attachment, this ticket arrive to destination without the file attached. I have configured the max size to 5M and this problem occurs when I attached a file of more 1M. What’s wrong? [otrs] Authentication User
Hi, Can I use Authentication with LDAP and DB in the same otrs application? For example: When I insert username and password otrs must check the user before with LDAP and if he doesn’t appear in LDAP the application must check in DB.
