[otrs] Email in html format...

My clients require me to send email in HTML format from frontend.
It's possible send email in HTML format with an editor i.e. FCKEditor or 
similar?
How I can do it?

[otrs] Problem with italian version

Hi, I have this problem

When i Try to change label of state tickets 

i.e. new - Nuovo

the Pop3Email retrive message not function because delete message in mailbox 
and not send to queue raw.

It's possible to change the position of original message of customer instead to 
stay on top after the title message, after the response model before of 
signature, i.e.

Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm
