I try to install from scratch OTRS 2.1.2 with web installer or manual, I have
this error when I log in the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account

Do you see in otrs system log : notice OTRS-GenericAgent-10 Run GenericAgent Job 'send escalation notifications' from config file.
