  I would like to ask you how do you reply to emails written in
  different enconding than used by web browser/system? I do receive
  czech emails in iso-8859-2, windows-1250 or utf-8 encoding. I searched
  thru OTRS options and didn't find any option to recode replies to
  correct encoding. How do you solve this kind of problem?
 
 no one having problem with emails in various encodings?

   Running otrs-2.1.2 here, DefaultCharset set to utf-8, even spams in
cyrillic are OK :).

[otrs] Forwarding responses, tags

Hello,

   I'm mostly succesfully trying to clench OTRS into our workflow, OTRS feels
comfortably in hand.

   One issue I've stumbled upon is that our workflow includes frequent
forwarding of incoming mail and awaiting for external response (all of which
belongs under one ticket). Is there possibility to define templates, just
like Responses for replying, for Forwarding an article?

   Second one - there are option tags like OTRS_FIRST_NAME and so on, does
some tag exist to insert ticket freetext tags into template?
