Re: [otrs] Auto reply not working for Postmaster address

2016-04-04 Thread Sander Goudswaard
Hi Mikey,

See the SendNoAutoResponseRegExp setting in Core::Postmaster where this string
has been defined by default to avoid loops. You could consider educating the
customer instead of editing your configuration... or make the regex so that it
replies to your customer while ignoring other postmaster e-mail addresses.

Groet,

[otrs] Auto reply not working for Postmaster address

2016-04-04 Thread Mikey van der Worp
Hi All,

We are currently using OTRS latest version. One of our customers is using an
e-mail postmas...@domain.ltd, but does not
receive the automatic reply with the ticket number. How can I fix this? There
are no automatic rules designed by me to block this.

Thanks in advance,
Mikey van der Worp

[otrs] Auto-Reply not working

2008-05-22 Thread Igor
Hello everybody :-)

I'm using OTRS 2.2.6 and my Auto-Reply isn't working.. there's no
requests to my smtp server but the ticket was created fine.

I'm using LDAP as Customer Database, but I guess this is working
fine.. because the ticket is correctly assigned from database.

And I'm using PostmasterMailAccount package to download mail's from
server (because I'm using a google account and I need to connect with
SSL)

[otrs] Auto-Reply Not working

2005-10-04 Thread Mike Quan
Hello,

I've instaled OTRS otrs-2.0.2-01-win32.exe on a
Windows XP machine. SMTP seems to work to manually
reply to emails received via POP3. However, the
auto-reply does not seem to work.

I checked the otrs.log file and apparently the system
appears to have logged the instance of sending the
auto-reply. But in fact, nothing is actually sent.

See log below:
[Fri Sep 30 12:12:04
2005][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketCreate]
New Ticket [200509301033/Test 09/30 12:0] created

normal,State=new)
[Fri Sep 30 12:13:08
2005][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend]
Sent email to 'Mike Quan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' from 'OTRS
System <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>'. HistoryType =>
SendAutoReply, Subject => Re:

[Fri Sep 30 12:13:08

Sent auto response (SendAutoReply) for Ticket
[200509301033] (TicketID=4, ArticleID=7) to 'Mike
Quan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>'.

Please help.

Thanks,
Mike
