Correct option is http://localhost/otrs/public.pl
FAQ install icon in the menu of agent and customer interface for access
to this module.

I installed FAQ module in my OTRS localhost environtment. But when I
accessed http://localhost/otrs/faq.pl, I got an error. Please help me to
get a documentation of setting up FAQ module.
