I would like a "- Please Select -" at the top of the queue list for a new 
customer ticket.

I tried playing with "CustomerPanelOwnSelection" and get the proper list, but 
if they select "- Please Select -" (which is not a 
real queue) they get a "Error: Need TicketID! " error.

Is there an easy way to give just a "you need to select a real queue" error?
