You'll have to make sure that MercuryMail is actually running, there is
no auto-start feature. So add a link to it to your AutoStart folder or
start it manually each time your windows boots.

i already configured a valid POP3 account but the problem persist, i removed and installed OTRS many times, all services is running. It has another thing to do?
