[otrs] Upgrading the FAQ module.
Hi guys, I'm still trying to find help on this. I'm trying to upgrade our OTRS from 2.1.7 to 2.2.3. I've been following the instructions in this article: http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQItemID=191 ItemID=191 However, when I try to restore the database, it fails and I can see that it is the installed FAQ module causing problems. Is there a special way to handle the upgrade with FAQ installed? I do have some attachments in certain FAQ articles, would getting rid of these help? They'd probably still be referenced in the database anyway. I would really appreciate any suggestions, as it is imperative I get the system upgraded!
