Hi I think what you are after is in the Admin module PostMaster Pop3 Account e.g. http://x/otrs/index.pl?Action=""> Have a look at the Trusted and Dispatching and Queue field if you set the trusted field to Yes, the Dispatching field to queue and the Queue name to the queue you want the emails to e.g. Junk OTRS should take all incoming emails on the pop account and dispatch it to the queue selected. Hi Have a look at the file initial_insert.sql in /opt/otrs/scripts/database/. There is an example of a ticket that gets inserted into the database perhaps this can be of help?
