 this morning.

When he goes to reply to a new ticket to say request received and to
change the state, as soon as he hits submit, the internet explorer error
'page cannot be displayed' comes up, however the email does get sent to the
person who created the ticket, and indeed, the state gets changed. Hitting
the back button will bring you back to where you were no problem.

I don't understand what might be causing this problem as the page right
after submitting the request received email is no different to the page
viewed previous to the reply page.

Has anyone checked the webserver's error logs?

RE: [otrs] IE7 crashing

2007-10-04 Thread Emily Flynn
Hi,

No there's nothing in the error logs about it.

I am however, continuously getting the following error in the otrs log
although I doubt it has anything to do with it.:

[Thu Oct 4 15:20:04 2007][Error][C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/GenericAgent.pl][100]
Module 'Kernel::Config::GenericAgent' not found

But the GenericAgent.pl file is indeed where it's supposed to be.

Have you tried clearing the IE cache... Tools - Delete Browsing
History and ideally Delete All or just Temporary Files.
