[otrs-de] Ticket-Übersicht statt Dashboard nach Login?
Moin zusammen, ist es möglich einen Agent direkt in die Ticket-Übersicht zu schicken, statt auf das Dashboard, nachdem er sich eingeloggt hat? [otrs-de] Fehler nach Upgrade auf OTRS 4.0.10
Hallo OTRS-Community, habe heute mein Test-System von OTRS 3.2.14 über OTRS 3.3.3 auf OTRS 4.0.10 aktualisiert. Nach Aktualisierung auf OTRS 3.3.3 war die Anmeldung am System möglich. Hallo, hab auf der Kommandozeile das FAQ-Modul deinstalliert. Jetzt bekomm ich nicht einmal mehr die Login-Maske, sondern sofort die Fehlermeldung: Serverfehler! Die Anfrage kann nicht beantwortet werden, da im Server ein interner Fehler aufgetreten ist. Fehlermeldung: mkdir /opt/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/Valid/2: Permission denied at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 88 , Wie komm ich da weiter?
