Title: Unable to receive/send email from/to on-premises environment User 
impact: Users may be experiencing delays or may be unable to send and receive 
email. More info: Admins may encounter one or more of the following symptoms: - 
Admins may see "Connection refused" error in Message Trace or SMTP protocol 
logs. - Admins may receive a notification stating "Messages from Office 365 
using connector 'Outbound On-Premises Connector' have been deferred for more 
than 1 hour." We've communicated in the Message Center that we were making 
updates to Exchange Online Protection (EOP) to help your organization configure 
and update network perimeter devices as well as simplify IP range management. 
As we have received some reports from users that they're experiencing issues 
related to these updates, and may have missed the Message Center posts, we're 
providing additional information. If your organization is experiencing behavior 
similar to what is described, please review the following information. Current 
status: To ensure proper mail flow, organizations that are configured for 
hybrid mail flow or subscribe to Exchange Online Protection (EOP) must make 
sure that their on-premises network allows connections from all of the current 
EOP IP address ranges. Please update your on-premises network allow list to 
accept connections from all of the EOP IP address ranges listed in the 
following link: 
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/SecurityCompliance/eop/exchange-online-protection-ip-addresses.
 Scope of impact: This impacts organizations that are configured for hybrid 
mail flow or subscribe to EOP who have not listed the noted IP addresses.

OWA and Exchange Online are working for us. Teams chat functioning. OneDrive 
does not seem to be uploading at the moment (I know this is back ended from 
SharePoint).

We are located East Coast/Mid Atlantic

Our web guys are currently working to move from on-prem to online and panicked 
that he broke something. I told him the whole outage is his fault.

Yes, PowerBI east coast is also down.
Unknown why and MS Support said they are not seeing any issues.
Confirmed outage amobg multiple customers and reported the same.

I was experiencing the issues this morning. Using Google Home to cast shows to 
the Chromecasts was failing. Using voice command on the assistant on the phone 
did work. Other GH queries/commands were hit or miss.

assume all other Google Home products are suffering from a massive outage this 
morning rendering them useless. Some are giving generic "There was a problem 
completing your request" and others are acting like the Google Home has not

Google Assistant on mobile devices do not seem to be having issues.

Since 7:20pm eastern time we have been unable to send or receive
messages through Google Hangouts through various accounts in the U.S.
and Cananda.  The messages never complete, and you can't login.

GMail is having issues copying messages to sent folders from mail
clients as well, it just times out.

Web portal for GSuite doesn't show any issues.
